(D1 EE Open) Some shopping!

[Astrid Hansen]

"Another reason to visit the library. I don't know where it is in the town, could you give me directions?" Astrid reached down to grab a second bag and handed it over.

"Now for fresh meat. I think I remember where I saw that" she turned to walk in the direction she remembered a sign

[Mariana Spade]

Mariana took the bag. "I'll register you out when you finish. I'll be at the front." She nodded. "We can meet up at the school gate and we can go from there."

[Astrid Hansen]

"Thank you. I only have a few more things to find as I need to prepare it all tonight. Assuming I have remembered my mothers teachings well enough to not make myself ill I can meet you tomorrow" Astrid said as she picked up a bag of minced beef to put in her cart before checking her list.

"Have you always lived in this city?"

The girl was no longer at her side. Mariana had work to do so she couldn't stay much longer with the customer.

[Astrid Hansen]

"Where is..."

There was a look one way then the other.

"Need to put a bell on that one" she commented with a small frown as Astrid began browsing for the last items, remembering the advice given. Soon she had everything both for her weekly food and to make lunch for the next few days. She'd then go through to the checkout to buy everything.

[Mariana Spade]

"Paper or Plastic? " Marana asked. The other cashier was in the bathroom, so Mariana had to step in.

[Astrid Hansen]

It was the girl again.

"You the only employee?" Astrid said with a small smile "what do you mean paper or plastic?"

[Mariana Spade]

"No... the cashier left for the bathroom." Mariana showed her the bags. "For the stuff you are buying... do you want a paper bag or a plastic one... or neither."

[Astrid Hansen]

"Oh. Plastic bags please" Astrid nodded "sorry, not been offered a choice in bags before."

[Mariana Spade]

"I see..." She placed the things in a plastic bag. "Your total is..." She gave a total according to the machine.

[Astrid Hansen]

Astrid took out a wallet from her purse, taking out the notes to pay with cash.

"After school tomorrow right? I'll meet you at the gates."

[Mariana Spade]

"Tomorrow evening. Early evening... want me to bring some diner?" She asked.

[Astrid Hansen]

There was a shake of the head.

"Is ok, I'm likely to eat earlier than that but thank you."

She bagged up her food quickly and in a rather well organized way to keep weight and keep certain foods together it seemed.

"Ok, see you tomorrow evening then!"

[Mariana Spade]

"See you in class"

[Astrid Hansen]

There was a nod and a smile as the girl made her way out and home.
