Since I think everyone would be expected to have school books during class, would it be alright to say we swap out those for a recreational item when out of school? (Like dice, a deck of cards, or pogs?)

Text books are given. You can have the spot for whatever.

are we ok to make sensible locations that aren't explicitly detailed anywhere and just make them up or would you like us to stick to places that you have defined for us? For example would we be able to make a thread in town and just randomly name a business it's set in?

Yes, a sensible location with the exception of a restaurant or a arcade, the Melonberry is the only restaurant in town besides the food court but you can have a pizzeria. Arcades are starting to go down in popularity due to the video game consoles.

The city is small so only 1 patrolling thread is allowed per slot.

By this, does it mean that only one thread per timeslot (aka if someone makes an EN patrol nobody else can make an EN patrol) or one per location (so only one EN patrol in the streets for example)? Or something else?

yes... 4 eyes are better than 2.

I forget because it's been a while; but I think we're able to sense the masks on each other's persons? We've already gotten them, right? How does it work IC wise?

Yes you are. Yes you already got your mask. ICly you may see a glow on a certain item or an aura around the person but you don't know who the herosona is.

With patrols, I see one was done in mask form and one was done in normal human form. Do you basically pick which form you want to be in for patrols?

yes you pick your form during patrols... you can change forms if you think your mask is needed.

If I wanted to do a thread at a graveyard, which location on forums would be best to create it?

The museum... we can place the graveyard near it.

Let's make it interesting and for each class roll 5 d20 and add them up that will be your % grade for the class add your teen Intellect pool to Curricular (Science, math, English, History) classes. PE add the average of Might and speed. Arts add average of speed and Intelect.
