"FLUXONIMO!" she yelled out as she sped toward the creature like the sci-fi lunatic she was; she was hoping to at least grab its attention and confuse or distract it.

(Not sure how all this works, but I guess I'll activate Block for 3 speed points when she gets closer?

For Jack, this is a creature of a nightmare that would kill anything that would come close. The creature would be powerful enough to kill them if not careful. It size made it sluggish.

Jezzy would remember and her visor would show her the mutation of planet X-178 highly dangerous planet. That caution is advised. Melee range is unadvisable. Movement is slow. Multiple attacks from the creature include: bite, claw and tail. Damage mass proportional.

There was a question half-formed in her brain; why a creature from X-178 would be here on this primitive world. But she wasn't one to think about such things! The more immediate and important bit of knowledge was the fact melee range was a bad idea!

That knowledge was unfortunate beccause melee range attacks were really all she had... unless there happened to be any Earthian tech around that she could repurpose to function as a ranged weapon the way she'd turned that car into a scanner.



OOC: So, two thoughts; first is whether or not she can find anything to use her Tinker ability on to create a ranged weapon with? And 2, in case that isn't the case, Fleet of Foot allows one to 'move a short distance as part of another action'; does that mean she could move in to attack and then move back out of its range again because its so slow?

The Chimera let out a howl now that the two were closer the effect is now augmented. It smelled the two humans and it eyes scanned the area.

Suddenly, Jezzy faltered. Which was unlike Jezzy. This might be a GGC trap after all!

The dim light and the trees have not yet allow the creature to pinpoint where the two people are yet. Still feeling unthreatened the creature continued what it was doing feeding off something that Coyote or Jezzy cannot see.

Jack held a small orb in his hand. He tested it's weight, then threw it at the creature's feet. The gas exploded from the bomb and surrounded the Chimera.
