[Sybil Alinsky]

"Why would you be shocked?" She asked, "Of course they're real."

[Amaterasu]

The fairies nodded giving a thumbs up and waved goodbye. The two went into a flower and disappeared.

[Astrid Hansen]

Astrid gave the fairies a small wave before turning back to the other two.

"See, all taken care of. Now back to the field. Standing around here will attract the wrong attention" she walked past the other two girls to head back to where they had been before.

[Laura Dawson/Enrage]

Laura turned and followed after Astrid.

"Am I really the only one surprised right now? Unless someone's been messing with the water supply we all just interacted with actual fairies."

[Sybil Alinsky]

"Yeah? So?"

There was a reason other kids tended to think Sybil was weird. It was because she did things like believing in fairies and assorted other crazy stuff. Of course, now it turned out at least the fairies part was real.

Maybe Sybil wasn't that weird after al-- no, no she was still weird.

[Astrid Hansen]

There was a shrug.

"There is many thing that do not make sense in the world, but mythology all has foundation on truths. There is no reason a fairy should not exist."

She looked over her shoulder at the two girls.

"However there is also no reason to talk about things that others cannot see or accept with those who would not accept such things as being real. It is how you end up in bad situation. I would suggest we not speak of what we just saw to others."

[Laura Dawson/Enrage]

"Don't worry, I'm not about to go blabbing to people about this. I have enough problems already."

[Sybil Alinsky]

"I don't mind telling people," she said, "some of them might want to hear..."

[Astrid Hansen]

"And then they go to the garden trying to find what you are talking about and destroy the fairies homes?" Astrid gave Sybil a look "or the ones that are bullying you try to do something to the area just to spite you. I am thinking the fairies trusted us, and we should not be sharing their home with people."

[Laura Dawson/Enrage]

"She's got a good point Sybil, if Genesis got word that you and I were spending time tending to the garden they would just get Franklin or Josh to drive over it in their trucks."

[Sybil Alinsky]

"Hmmm..." she seemed to think it over.

"...that does make sense."

[Astrid Hansen]

"It is best not to lose the trust of those who have trusted you" Astrid said with a smile "they may be helpful in the future."

She turned back to the school.

"Still...it is odd. I would not have expected to see them here of all places."

[Laura Dawson/Enrage]

"I never expected to see them period. Given this countries history even if I ever thought they were real I would have assumed we made them extinct. I guess anything is possible now."

[Sybil Alinsky]

"Well, most people can't see them and the other things that are around, so they wouldn't have known there was anything to make extinct."

[Astrid Hansen]

"Mythology back home has them as creatures in homes, rather than out in fields. I am not surprised that they exist but I wonder if there is anything else like that here. Trolls maybe?" Astrid did peek around.

[Sybil Alinsky]

"Oh yes, trolls are real," she said, as if it was obvious, "Gremlins too. And Doomrats. Stay clear of those."

[Laura Dawson/Enrage]

"What is a DOOMRAT?" Laura asked sounding disgusted.

[Sybil Alinsky]

"Nice use of capitalization," she said, breaking the fourth wall, "Trust me, you'll know them when you see them."

[Astrid Hansen]

"I do not know that" Astrid said with a thoughtful look "perhaps I do and I only know the Norwegian word. Are they actually rats?"

[Laura Dawson/Enrage]

"I wonder what other myths are real. If fairies are real then that means dragons must be or at least were at one time. But what about Cthulhu or does that not count because we know it's from a fictional novel?"
