It was a week after the chimera incident. AEGIS was called by SPEAR. It was SPEAR's jurisdiction to cover the attacks to the town. Mayor Alec Amaretto sat on the meeting room with Commander Kiana Quiñonez.
Kiana: "So explain to me why wasn't SPEAR called when you found this phenomenon?"
Alec: Well commander, we thought it wasn't your jurisdiction so we never thought on consulting.
Kiana shook her head. "A monster attacking a town is not our jurisdiction!!!!?" The woman sounded annoyed and frustrated.
Alec: "We have dealt with worst so a monster like that one isn't a thing to bother SPEAR." Alec said nonchalantly. "As you see things have been quiet after the masked people took care of it."
Kiana: "We are going to keep an eye out for those masked people. Monsters are not for vigilantees... You are really not bothered by them?"
Alec: "My men were in danger and they helped out so if they are going to help, who am I to stop them?" The man shrugged.
Kiana: "You are a pain in the...."
