A resounding roar can be heard throughout the city. The monster known as the Chimera had appeared. AEGIS had created a perimeter, and they are on the attack. They expected something less powerful, but one by one, the agents fell to the ground.

An eerie laughter can be heard.

"Here we go again." Jack whispered to himself.

He was watching from the shadows, trying to get a sense of things and waiting for others to show up.

The Uncomphagre Exile emerges from the shadows at the commotion.

Eagle jogs onto the scene, brandishing a throwing axe.

"Woah, looks like it opened a can of whoopass on them."

"It's a chimera, a creature of myth, like from the Dreamer's books."he explained. "I last saw it by the lake. It may be why the wildlife has been acting oddly."

"So that is what has made all the commotion." Espee jumps down from a tree. " Hey bros... how should we tackle this?"

Eagle was mesmerized by the creature's features and was slow to act.

"Cain't be havin' that 'round here," the Exile drawls.

Unfortunately, doing so slows him considerably. Largely because he doesn't notice the broken branch at his feet, which causes him to stumble.

Jack moved closer, but remained at a healthy distance. With a moment of concentration he summoned an image from a nearby dreamer and placed it in front of the chimera.

Honestly, he wasn't sure if it was a dream or a nightmare.

Eagle was a bit shocked when a large Easter bunny appeared in front of the creature and even more shocked when the creature slashed through the bunny.

Thankful that their target tonight wasn't another cute and cuddly, like an Easter bunny, he moves closer while pulling out his signature Eagle fairway driver (although the eagle stamp had been removed and its face now read 'Don't Call Me A Frisbee'. He lines up his shot before taking a cross step into his throw and unleashing on the Chimera.

Espee is a close range attacker and moved forward towards the creature. He chuckled when he saw the Easter bunny trying to distract the creature from the would-be attackers.

"What in tarnation?!" the Exile exclaims, waving his hand in front of his face as if shooing away a fly or an oboist.

Exile has identified what he thinks is causing him to not see. The Chimera was hit by Eagle's disk, causing it to shrivel in pain.

With the bunny destroyed, Jack moved up to engage the chimera directly. The dreamer had left him a new weapon, a blow gun. Coyote Jack launched a dart at the creature, hoping it would be effective.
